Human behavior is a subject of interest, to the field of psychology, sociology, and education which impacts organizations, churches, schools, as well as the occurrences of every day life.  This blog page is devoted to exploring some of the problem, challenges, and solutions to offer information to create a connecting  point to explain behaviors and connect actions to meaningful understanding to an efficacious life.  In these pages, a variety of subject matter is provided  that approaches life from  a perspective  grounded in Christian theology, psychology, sociology, culture, and philosophy.  One of the concerns addressed in the material is how to apply behavioral theory to issues that leader’s, teams, and individuals experience in organizational life.  My goal in writing is not to provide all the answers, but to frame questions that are important to participating in a dialogue that is not new, but is a contemporary concern in organizational and personal life.  A hope is to create information that will aide discussion and provide thoughtful observation to aide understanding.  A goal is to utilize sound methodology to provide a resource that integrates ideas from the various fields of research and theory to construct a reasonable and cogent approach to understand what happens in  the lived experience of life.

The phenomenon observed–lived experience of individuals is important to the story of life and enhancing the quality of each person’s life.  My own experience has taught me that there are reasons for what every person does and it is not enough just to identify the behavior, it is equally important to understand why it occurs as it does and how with understanding that we can incorporate awareness with intentionality to have a fuller and more meaningful experience of life.
